My name is Nicki Patterson-Wolfe. Real estate has always been a passion and my main focus since I can remember. Most ten year olds go to their friend’s house to play; I scouted out floor plans! Model homes were the best way to spend a summer day. Well I guess not much has changed.

At age 18, I became one of the youngest, if not the youngest, licensed real estate agents in Arizona. For the past 4 years, I have enjoyed working alongside my parents in our family team, the Patterson Team AZ. We are well respected in our field and our clients know us for our hard work, professionalism, honesty, and results. I am known for my uncanny ability to match a buyer to his/her “perfect” home and enjoy making transactions easy and fun for everyone involved. My name is Pat Patterson. I have been a licensed Arizona real estate agent since October, 2005.

During my prior 33+ years in Sales and Sales management I have held numerous positions from Area Sales Manager in San Diego to managing large sales organizations for Exxon Enterprises. For 2 years I was Director of International Marketing for a California Based Computer Company where I watched how a small company could prosper with hard work and dedication. I have always believed that because you spend so much of your time working, it is important to enjoy what you do and make your work fun. I pride myself on making the Real Estate Buying and Selling Process an enjoyable one for my Clients and myself. I have owned and operated my own business since 1984. I have sold everything from inexpensive golf balls to extensive and expensive Laser Optic Filing Systems. I can truly say that although I have enjoyed many of my past sales experiences, there is nothing like selling Residential Real Estate. The look in the eyes of my clients when handing them the keys to their new home is irreplaceable.

The ability to work at something as rewarding as Residential Real Estate and share my days with 2 of the most important people in my life (my wife, Linda and daughter, Nicki) is a great combination. My name is Linda Patterson. I have been a licensed real estate agent since October, 2002. I have also held licenses in Illinois and California over the past 35 years.I am known for my close attention to detail, excellent customer service, and handling transactions from beginning to end to ensure that all our clients enjoy their home selling/buying experience. I strongly believe in education and feel knowledge is the key to good decision making.

I have a doctorate in chiropractic (1985) and a masters in counseling (1998) which helps me understand and relate to others. My team and I take many real estate classes to keep current and abreast of the industry. In real estate, I have done everything from residential real estate sales to property management to working with private investors.
